Chef Jennie Werts
Jennie Werts is an award-winning chef and graduate of the International Culinary Center. She began her career in kitchens on the North Fork, working summers during college. She has since held senior positions working with chefs including Tom Valenti at Ouest and Richard Sandoval at Zengo. She then served as Chef de Cuisine and founder of Wolfert’s Roost in Irvington, NY. This will be Jennie’s sixth season at Jennie’s at Drossos’, her seasonal Greenport pop-up and her fourth at her year round establishment Ellen’s on Front.
